Our Eagles enjoyed Honey BBQ Chicken and Hamburger Steak with Gravy. This month, we are featuring fresh chicken from Shenandoah Valley Organic in Harrisonburg, Virginia on our menus. We are proud to continue our partnership with 4P Foods in Charlottesville, which brings our students locally sourced-produce and meats from farmers in Virginia. #TrayofTheWeek
