Submit your completed and signed permission form along with payment of $45 to Ms. Ramsey by Thursday, April 25. This covers your Busch Gardens ticket and breakfast biscuit. Remember to bring extra cash for lunch, dinner, and souvenirs! π’πποΈ

The FeedMore market is TODAY! Food distribution will begin at 3:30 p.m. at the Sports Arena. As a reminder, this event is free for anyone with a student currently enrolled at PECPS. We will also have books and other goodies to give away!


This past weekend, senior Min Roldan participated in the All-VA Band and Orchestra event in Richmond, VA. Min auditioned for this ensemble back in February and was awarded a spot as 1st chair trumpet in the Concert Band. A few weeks before the event, they received word that they were being promoted to the Symphonic Band, which is the top band in the state. This is a prestigious accomplishment and is a reflection of Ms. Roldan's commitment to musical excellence and hard work. Congratulations!!

Cheer on the Lancers at Longwood University's Youth Day! This event will take place on April 28th at 1:00 pm at the Buddy Bolling Stadium. There will be food trucks, raffles, and more! Please note that this event is not sponsored by PECPS.

Diona Jennings was recognized as this year's DAR (Daughters of the American Revolution) Good Citizen for PECHS. Only one student from Prince Edward County High School is selected per year to be distinguished as the DAR Good Citizen by the Judith Randolph-Longwood Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution. As the DAR Good Citizen, Diona was honored for her patriotism, dependability, service, and leadership. Congratulations to Diona for her nomination and recognition as this year's Prince Edward County High School DAR Good Citizen!



Have you noticed our pinwheel garden? April is Child Abuse Prevention Month. The garden was placed on campus by the Prince Edward County Department of Social Services to serve as a symbol of the importance of ensuring all children have a healthy and safe childhood. #CAPmonth2024


At the last school board meeting, students from the CTE program presented instructional highlights and shared their experiences, emphasizing the importance of career exploration.
