Students from the Bridges program recently presented their semester projects. The Bridges program is a continued partnership with Fuqua Schools, hosted by the amazing staff at the Moton Museum. Students learn about local history and have the task of presenting on a topic that could be helpful in our community. They presented ideas that included helping with food and housing insecurity, as well as promoting more collaboration between Fuqua Schools and PECPS. #studentleaders

PECHS Nurse Aide students, Intro to Health and Science students, and the Nursing Club collaborated on a heartwarming project for HOSA, a club for students interested in healthcare occupations. PECHS students created Christmas cards, wrapped gifts, and distributed them during the Farmville Health and Rehabilitation Facility clinical rotation. Residents were touched and delighted by this simple, loving gesture from PECHS.
